Tattoo Aftercare

If you are bandaged with an adhesive wrap, remove it

after 24-48 hours or whenever it becomes

compromised/leaks. Fluid will build up under the

wrap, this is normal. You can use warm water and

pull the wrap from the bottom. Make sure your hands

are clean whenever interacting with a new tattoo.

After removing your bandage, wash the tattoo with

warm water and UNSCENTED antibacterial soap.

We recommend dial gold or H2ocean foam soap.

Initially rub off ink/plasma, after that you should not

rub the tattoo till it is healed. Wash 2-3 times a day for

2 weeks. Use a fresh paper towel to pat dry.

Apply a thin layer of unscented lotion (aveno

unscented recommended) after each wash. Your tattoo

will peel and itch, don't scratch and make sure

nothing is rubbing on the tattoo until fully healed. No

standing water (includes pools) 3 weeks,

no direct sun 6 weeks (preferably ever).

If you have any questions contact your artist directly

or call the shop.
